1、PLATFORM OVERVIEW

The Anhui Provincial Foreign Trade Comprehensive Service Platform is a provincial-level platform hosted by the Anhui Provincial Department of Commerce according to the instructions of Anhui Provincial People's Government. Based on the concept of "foreign trade + internet" and market-oriented service system, the platform promotes the facilitation of foreign trade processes, fosters integration of industry and trade, and helps enterprises access to international markets.

Aiming to become a foreign trade industrial internet platform that "serves the province, radiate the country, and link the world", the platform focuses on key elements of production, trade, supply, marketing, and service, brings together various foreign trade entities, including enterprises, government agencies, financial organizations, service institutions, to provide comprehensive services that span the entire foreign trade process.

2、PLATFORM SIGNIFICANCE

The launch of the Anhui Provincial Foreign Trade Comprehensive Service Platform is a significant initiative to drive innovation in systems, management, services, business, and models within the province's foreign trade sector. 3、PLATFORM BACKGROUND

Anhui International Trade Group (Holding) Co., Ltd. is a large state-owned enterprise group in Anhui foreign trade industry.

Zhongan TikTech (Anhui) co., Ltd., Anhui Technology Imp. and Exp. Co., Ltd., Anhui Light industries International Co., Ltd, and AHCOF GROUP Co., Ltd., Anhui AITG Haichang Trading co., Ltd., are the core members of Anhui international Trade Group.

On January 9, 2024, Anhui international Trade Group (Holding) Co., Ltd. established Zhongan TikTech(Anhui) Co., Ltd.; On June 19, 2024, Anhui Provincial Foreign Trade comprehensive Service Platform officially started the public service on line.

4、PLATFORM SERVICES

The platform mainly provides dealmaking, whole process services, public services, and foreign trade agent service, and sets up columns such as Single Window, Virtual Expo, Cross-Border Electronic Commerce, Overseas Storage, Import Business, Go Globally, RCEP.

Dealmaking: manufacturers, foreign trade companies, and overseas clients utilize the platform to publish their inquiries and product information. Leveraging big data technology, the platform conducts precise searches and intelligent matching to facilitate the successful completion of transactions.

Whole process services of foreign trade: whole process services encompass a one-stop foreign trade solution, including international certification, trademark registration, credit investigation, business consulting, order financing, credit insurance, domestic storage and transportation, chartering and booking, documentation services, transportation insurance, inspection and testing, customs clearance services, foreign exchange settlement and sales, tax refund sevice, foreign exchange verification, after-sales services, intellectual property, legal services and so on.

Public service: the platform provides enterprises with information such as exhibition application, foreign trade schools, talent exchange, foreign trade information, risk warning, laws and regulations, etc., helping foreign trade companies stay updated with the latest information and enhancing their market acumen and industry competitiveness.

Foreign trade agent service: the platform supports various enterprises in placing orders online and provides agency services such as contract handling, logistics, insurance, customs clearance, foreign exchange collection, tax refund, and verification. After an order is placed, data is automatically transferred; the platform intelligently reviews orders, enabling risk assessment, declaration classification, and other node controls for customers. The entire process, including order progress, customs declaration and inspection, logistics status, and foreign exchange settlement and tax refund, is traceable and searchable, achieving digital and intelligent custom clearance, fast tax refund, and visible supply chain links.
